Packages begin at $9995.00
Wedding Management
+ Package coverage begins 60 days prior to your event date and includes unlimited phone and email communication with your Event Manager.
+ Includes up to 12 hours of coverage on your
event date
+ 1 Planning meeting dedicated to master timeline planning + day of logistics
+ 1 On-site venue visit to discuss floor plan(s), event flow, and placement of decor items, signage, etc.
+ Oversee execution of event set up in collaboration with other key vendors such as florist, venue manager, rental companies, etc.
+ Set up of personally provided decor items such as paper goods, signage, guest book, photos, etc.
+ Management of all event timeline items
+ Lead all timeline transitions including ceremony processional + recessional, grand entrance/introduction of the wedding party/couple, cueing of toasts + speeches throughout dinner, cueing of first dance(s) + any other prepared reception moments
+ Point person for vendors beginning at 60 days prior and on the event date
+ Assistance with pack up of personal items as requested such as personally provided decor, cards/gifts, photos, etc.
+ Access to email planning tips throughout your planning process and online planning portal as soon as you book
